Dr. Arzadon did a wonderful job taking out all of my four wisdom teeth! His team: Lexy, Mike, Sydney, Geraldine, and Leonel were kind, efficient, and quick to care for me throughout the pre and post surgery process. I was given all the supplies needed for my at-home healing and checked on numerous times to ensure the procedure was flawless which it was! Recently had 4 teeth removed. Everything went okay and it was over before I knew it thankfully. Dr Blais and staff were great!! Only bumps were my ride was not called to let him know I was ready and it took 3 calls back to the office in order to get the prescription called into my pharmacy.

Very courteous and professional staff. I had a wisdom tooth extraction with minor complications but the staff and Dr. Blais were determined and diligent to resolve the issues -- and they did. I'd definitely use their services again.

Dr. Liang made the process of getting my wisdom teeth out very smooth. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel relaxed. My recovery went very well, and he even called me to make sure I was healing well. The whole team was very kind. I did have to wait in the waiting room for about an hour after my appointment time. I didn’t really mind because I took the whole day off work, but it might be something to keep in mind as a possibility if you bring someone else to the appointment. Regardless, I would go back if I need more work done in the future.

With his magic touch, Dr. Arzadon makes even the most difficult multiple extractions pain free. Since my wife and I relocated, I drive more than two hours when I need his services. He’s the best!

Based on past experiences with root canals and tooth extractions, this procedure was (minus the numbing shots) completely painless. I am writing to talk about the experience I had today at Dr. Arzadon’s office. My experience was so incredible that I forgot I was going to the dentist to discuss a pain concern. I was greeted by Leonel and Geraldine whose customer service was exceptional. He understood why I was a few minutes late and told me the staff was waiting for me and would be happy to see me. If those comments were supposed to put me at ease, it did. Leonel also made me feel quite welcome by asking about my family and our safety during the pandemic. I was next seen by Mike who took the CAT scan. Mike was extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.

I think it’s important for you to know that the tech who serve as brand ambassadors for Dr. Arzadon exceeded expectations in service.

Incredible service, from the front desk to the surgeon everyone made me feel at ease and like they had my back. It was just the diagnostic but it made me feel so much better about getting my wisdom teeth out. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Leonel and Geraldine are very professional, kind, patient, and helpful. They are very welcoming the minute you step in the office. The office is very nice and I felt comfortable being at the Arlington Northern Virginia Surgical Arts Office even during the pandemic. This my second time here and my experience the first time was also excellent. . I highly recommend the Arlington office - 5 STAR. Particularly because of Leone and Geraldine and Dr. Avzadon.

This is truly a five star surgical practice. The front office, the surgical assistants and the surgeon were all superlative. Dr. Blais was most encouraging and he advised me every step of the way during the procedure. Without reservation I recommend this practice.

I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and boy, let me tell you.. I was NERVOUS. It was 30 degrees outside but I was sweating.
Everyone was so patient and gently walked me thru everything. I didn't even realize I had fallen asleep. Couldve sworn I was still apart of the conversation.
I woke up after what felt like 5 minutes and was ready to eat! Obviously can't, but I was feeling fine.
Everyone there was so kind from the moment you walked in the door.

My daughter had one wisdom tooth removed in the summer of 2018 and the remaining three were removed this morning at the Gainesville office. I love this practice including patient coordinator Shellle, surgical assistants Michelle, Stacie and Rocio and a big thanks to Dr. Liang. They are caring and very professional, but facilitate the process so you can be in and out quickly and rest in your own home. Thank you all for making the process less stressful for our daughter!

I love Dr Blais who help put all my dental anxiety at ease and the amazing staff in the Arlington and Gainesville office. Leonel has a great warm and welcoming personality and was extremely attentive and patient. I was meet by Mike my Surgical Assistant both from the Gainesville and Arlington offices. He is so calming and full of emotional support which helped me since I have put off going to the dentist for years for my procedure. I had a bad experience with another dentist and that office staff. I had my wisdom tooth extracted today by Dr. Arzadon and him and his team made me feel so comfortable. His assistants Mike and Lexy were definitely a huge help. Lexy especially made my time there extra special by the care she showed. Even after my extraction I wanted them to olay muisc and Lexy made sure the music played for me.

Went in to talk about getting two wisdom teeth removed and get information for a lower jaw surgery that I am looking at having done. Everyone in office were really nice. Walked me through everything and made sure I understood it all. So nice. I will be going back!!!!!

Dr Liang and Surgical Assistants Stacie, Michelle, and Mike did a fantastic job managing my surgery. Stacie, Michelle, & Mike answered my pre op questions and quickly had me prepped for the procedure. Dr. Liang did a great job managing a challenging extraction. Dr. Liang put me at ease before beginning the procedure and called me himself later that evening to check on my recovery. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Liang and his team.

This practice is the best! I have had only amazing experiences with all 3 doctors in Arlington and with the staff. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Blais and I had 2 implants done one with Dr. Arzadon and one with Dr. Blais, and had a consultation with Dr. Liang. Could not be more satisfied with my experience, all went extremely well from start to finish. I was able to schedule around work for a consult and extraction the same day. Location was easy to find. Dr. Arzadon is a fantastic oral surgeon. Not only is he incredibly kind and considerate, but does impeccable work as well. I had all wisdom teeth removed at age 38 and expected to have all sorts of complications after. Not the case at all. He did such an amazing job that the pain and swelling were 10 times lower than I expected them to be. He even called to check and make sure I was okay later that evening, which really solidified to me how much he cares about his patients and the work he does. His nurses are very kind and really made me feel comfortable and I was so grateful at their ability to try to help me stay calm through the whole process.I was so impressed by the thoughtfulness and kindness of all the staff I interacted with. I would definitely recommend Dr Arzadon to anyone that needs an Oral Surgeon!!!

Great staff and great Dr they have done a lot of work on me

Finding a professional with exemplary credentials and integrity can be a challenge. Dr. Arzadon is one of those rare finds.

I had a discouraging set of issues with a root canal that had gone bad, and two wasted attempts to save a tooth by other folks happy to take my money even though the prognosis was poor.
Without ever saying an unkind word, or judging anyone, Dr. Arzadon assessed the situation accurately and honestly and with a kind bedside manner, explained everything so that I could understand.
Then he performed some complex surgery and ultimately an implant. My husband and I drove 500 miles to get the work done, even after I retired and we had moved to another state. It was worth it.
Finally, Dr. Arzadon has unique practical experience. In addition to his busy practice in Virginia, Dr. Arzadon also performs thousands of oral surgeries on annual mission trips to the Philippines as a medical missionary. This is evidence of a kind heart but equally important, the volume of surgeries that he performs, in challenging circumstances gives him exceptional skills to excel. Experience really is the best teacher.

I would recommend Dr. Arzadon, without qualification.

Jackie has been doing my laser hair removal treatment for several months now and has been so amazing! She really makes you feel comfortable during the process especially the bikini area! I'm a bit shy about "exposing" my self but she really is amazing and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable at all, which is wonderful 🙂 When I can, I also have Jackie do my facials too, she really takes her time, she's thorough and really cares. She listens to your concerns and gives great feedback, she's truly wonderful! I've known Jackie for about a year and can't say enough great things about her. Thank you for being so personable and making me feel comfortable through everything!

Dr. Arzadon is a very gifted oral surgeon, who also possesses the warmest personality. It's a great combination. He skillfully removed a very old toxic root canal that was seriously impacting my health. I had no complications and am well on my way to healing a recent implant now and look forward to the completion of the process where I will have a very safe and functional implant. I am very grateful and appreciative that I found Dr. Arzadon and look forward to resolving all of my dental issues with this amazing, kind and caring oral surgeon.

I had a great experience here! I was referred here by my insurance company and my local dentist office in order to get my wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff was very helpful and polite during both of my visits. The front desk ladies were very knowledgeable on the procedures and events happening within the office.

I met with Dr. Blais and some of his nursing staff during my original consultation. They were all very personable and made sure I understood everything that was to happen with my surgery and answered all of my silly questions.
The actual surgery went very smoothly. Dr. Blais and the nurses and assistants all made sure I was comfortable and ready for my procedure. They seemed genuinely interested in chatting me while they set up. I can say that I've never been more comfortable in a medical establishment!

After the surgery, Dr. Blais and the nurses all stopped by to say hello in the recovery area, made sure I had everything I needed. Some chatted with my mom to make sure she understood everything she needed to do to help me with my recovery.
I got a very inclusive post-op "kit" with all kinds of helpful supplies and tools that I've been using all week. I am very happy with the results of my surgery, and I am feeling much better already.

This was a very lengthy review, but I am honestly so impressed by NOVA Surgical Arts. I will definitely recommend them to any family and friends as the best in their field in the entire Gainesville/Haymarket/Manassas area! I will be sure to return here if I have any other work to be done in the future.

I was referred to Dr. Arzadon by my dentist for pain I have been having in my lower teeth that she could not determine the cause of. He was so nice and he really listens when you talk to him. He was able to do the test needed to figure out what was going on. His office manager Jhett even came back to hold my hand because I was so nervous. Just a great staff and very professional office. Dr. Arzadon is an amazing oral surgeon! In my opinion, he is one of the best in this field of medicine and dental care!

At the age of 71, after many years of struggling though major dental difficulties and trying to avoid the need for implants, it was time to take this option. An accident, which caused my caps to break at the gum line, made it necessary to have several teeth replaced with implants.

My daughter, who managed a dental office in D.C., recommended Dr. Arzadon. She witnessed, over the years, his expertise in oral surgery and has complete confidence in him. I have a nursing background and am very aware of the possible complications involved in any surgery.

Dr. Arzadon went above and beyond the “call of duty” during all procedures! He gave me complete and clear explanations each step of the way. Every precaution was taken for a sterile environment and Dr. Arzadon's assistants were excellent!

He is one of the most competent, caring, meticulous and knowledgable surgeons I have witnessed in the medical profession. His technique and calm manner gave me complete confidence in all that was taking place to ensure success for the necessary bone graft and implants.

I could go on and on about how grateful I am to have had him perform this surgery, but sometimes words cannot adequately state how one feels. Let me leave you with this thought: should you have the need for an oral surgeon, you will be comforted and ensured the best outcome for your dental needs.

I likes the haymarket office- waiting time is horrible, but the doctors and nurses are great . painless tooth extrations. besides the fact the insurance lady gave me a incorrect estimate i was billed for add. $60 somthing dollars. i reffered my sister

I had to have two teeth removed both for pain from a deep cavity and they could not be saved. I have high anxiety with dental procedures, but Dr. Liang was very gentle and made me feel very relaxed. He took into consideration my nervousness with being numbed and he used a very small needle to numb the spot before he used the larger needle to complete the anesthesia. He followed up by calling me a couple of hours after the procedure to see how I was doing. That is the first time any doctor that I have experienced that. I would recommend him for anyone needing any dental surgury or procedure.

Best doctors office I have ever been to. I went to have my ears surgically closed from ear gauging. I went initially for a consultation but was offered to do the surgery same day, which was very convenient. The staff was excellent - friendly, communicated well, worked quickly and had a positive attitude. Surgery was absolutely painless and very quick. I saw Dr. Arzadon and he seemed to be an all around stand up guy. I was very nervous but they did their best to help me relax. Price was fair, compared to what I had researched online. Nurse and Doctor both get A++.

I have had the pleasure to get treatment in Arlington VA with Dr. Arzadon and my daughter with Dr. Blais and I must say that both time everything was perfect. Not only the staff was exceptionally professional both Doctors are excellent. I would recommend this practice very highly.

I went back to get my implant placed yesterday and was not surprised with the excellence in the consistency of my treatment. With the method of Iv sedation that Dr. Arzadon uses, you get knocked out and wake up with everything already done without feeling any of the pain or agony of the process. He in fact pulled out 2 of my wisdom teeth at the same time and I am writing this review the next morning with no pain! I am so glad I went to get my treatment at this office.

I should preface this by saying that I have a definite fear of dentists and I had been putting off this needed tooth extraction for some time now. I finally sucked it up, got the referral, and went in and everything went *great*. Staff was super friendly and calming, the procedure went flawlessly and virtually painlessly. The surgeon even called in the evening (clearly from his home) to check on me and see how I was doing. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, thank you!

I had to have the roots of a molar removed. I was referred to Dr. Blais in Gainsville. When I got there everyone I came in contact with were so nice and helpful. Got into the chair and was numbed up. Every step of the procedure was explained to me as we went along. Five minutes later they were done. I took Aleve and Extra strength Tylenol that night as instructed. That was all I needed. Minimal swelling and a great experience! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I was in the beat hands this past Saturday and I can’t say enough about Dr Azardon. His skills are second to none and he was extremely patient with me. After my procedure (tooth extraction not so simple) I feel absolutely no pain, no swelling! I was beyond impressed with the quality of care and his professionalism. Dr Blais, Michelle, Rocio treated me today. I have severe jaw arthritis and need jaw joint replacements. Dr Blais, treated my jaw pain today with arthrocentesis and I experienced no pain during the procedure. Dr Blais advised me on all of my options and took time to answer my questions. We visited the Warrenton location. My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Liang. The whole experience was excellent. The entire staff is very professional and relays the procedure and process in a very thorough manner. Definitely recommend!

I wish I could give more stars. The whole team is incredible-- Leonel, Geraldine, Mike, and, of course, Alexis and Dr. Arzadon! My first son came for wisdom teeth extraction and it went seamlessly. Very little post-op pain and excellent instructions. Our youngest was referred elsewhere, to an office in our insurance plan. We ended back at Dr. Arzadon after that extraction and wish we had started there. They are kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They squeezed us in for a consult and were able to identify the post-op problem. Thank you!

I've been a patient of NOVA Surgical Arts several times. With each surgery I am again impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy, of the administrative staff. They are always willing to assist the patient in any way, and with any matter.

Regarding the medical personnel, Dr Arzadon is a skilled surgeon who demonstrates significant levels of experience and expertise inspiring confidence in his patients. He, and his assistants exude sincere and heartfelt concern for the patient. In fact, Dr. Arzadon personally makes post operative calls to his patients.

Dr. Arzadon performed an extraction on me seven years ago. A week ago, I went to a dentist thinking they were going to extract a tooth where an old filling fell out. They were unsuccessful and recommended that I see an oral surgeon. I remembered Dr. Arzadon and the fact that he was the first dentist to work in my mouth who did not hurt me. Yesterday, Dr. Arazdon extracted the tooth for me and I did not feel anything when he said "I'm done." I said "No way." He said "Yes way." Today I was singing praises to someone in my doctor's office and she said "I am afraid of the dentist." I mentioned to her that all of my experiences with dentists as a child have been horrible and I have always had a fear of dentists but after my second experience with Dr. Arazdon and his staff, I am in love! (note: If I had met Dr. Arazdon 40+ years ago, I would not be having the problems I am having at this point of my life!) She was so excited after I sang his praises that she asked if I had a card. I gave her one. Today I am smiling again because of Dr. Arazdon and his staff!
